celebrities' babies
What's up with celebrities' babies? I mean yesterday I saw Suri Cruise's photo carrying a $850 handbag! WTF I'm sure many people found it offensive especially after the world's economic crisis, in which the US was badly affected as well as the rest of the world, hunger, poverty, global warming crisis and people who live below poverty line, and there goes a 3 year old kid carrying a $850 handbag!
Are these people supposed to be role models for teens and kids?

Another point that I'd like to comment on if a celebrity's kid is old enough to walk, since he is over 3 years, then why in the world are they always photographed carried in their famous parents' arms?? They can't walk or would they stumble and fall or they don't move that fast to avoid paparazzi. They should consider roller blades then!

Forever young
Who wouldn't want to be forever young? I know I would.
If I had known what I know now when I was young maybe things would have been different. I would have spared myself heartache, betrayal and disappointment. However the naiive old me wouldn't have learnt so much about people, relationships and life. I wouldn't have become who I am now, older and wiser.
Nevertheless I always ponder on what it would be like if I were young forever. It's true "Youth is like diamonds in the sun and diamonds are forever". The sky is the limit to do what you want, be who you want and live care free. Although I'm young yet sometimes I feel that my soul has aged, but I try to keep my young spirit alive and in control.
A friend of mine told me once that he'd like to die young, I have a feeling that I will die young.
I loved watching The O.C and loved the characters a lot, especially Ryan and Marissa, and I believe that song best describes them both. "Forever young" Alphaville

T.C against the world
Right now I'm back in the mood for TuPac, even the name of my blog comes from one of his famous, my all time favourite, song "Me against the world". Too bad there isn't an official video for the clip. Click on this to listen to the song.
Anyway I'm starting my 2 week holiday and although it's freezing cold, but I'm still planning to go out and have some fun. I so need that break and I want to make the best out of it.

Congrats Egypt
It's a great way to start my first blog here with a joyful event, which is Egypt's victory and winning the Africa Cup of Nations cup for the THIRD time in a row (2006, 2008,2010)
CONGRATULATIONS EGYPT!
Everybody is celebrating everywhere, houses, cafes and streets. It's such a lovely sight to see all those people cheerfully singing ,dancing and waving the flag.
I'll try to post some videos some time soon insha'Allah. But for the time being Congrats Egypt or as we say it "Mabrouk le Masr " :))
